STEP 1

Be 100% sure that your appliance is worth fixing

Call or whatsapp us to get a free consultation of whether your appliance is worth fixing. 
We don’t want you to waste a trip down to our store only to find that your repair will cost more than the appliance.
STEP 2

Drop off your appliance at our shop

Today
Come down to our shop in Hougang to drop off your appliance. Opening times are Mon - Fri 10am to 7pm, Sat 10am to 4pm.
You will need to prepay the diagnosis fee of $15.00 to $30.00 before GST at this point.
STEP 3

Diagnosis + Quote

3 -4 working days after
We will call you with the diagnosis and quote in 3-4 working days.
If you choose to repair with us, we’ll immediately waive the diagnosis fee.
STEP 4

Repair + Collection

Approx. 1 -7 working days
Repairs take 1 -7 working days, depending on the availability of spare parts.
